Online Order Processing for Silencers and Suppressors:
All silencer orders must ship to a Class III FFL/SOT or be picked up locally. If you have a preferred Class III dealer, we will work with them (please submit their information to us). If you do not have a dealer, please let us know and we will assist you with discovering one to ship to.
For non-Tennessee residents, a form 3 for transfers will be started as soon as payment has been processed and FFL/SOT information has been received. Tennessee residents will submit a Form 4. Contact us if you have any questions on this process.
For non-Tennessee customers: Once your out-of-state Form 3 has been approved, you will be notified by eSilencers via e-mail or phone. For Tennessee customers, you will be notified by e-mail or phone once your Form 4 has been approved.
Please contact us before placing an order if you have any questions about an item. All sales are final. In a rare case that we allow a cancellation or returned order, a 15% restocking fee is accessed.
We use USPS for all shipments. All suppressor shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address allows you to be available for signature.
At eSilencers, we are the sole owners of the information that is collected by our website. Whether you are creating an account or using our checkout processing system, we collect information that allows us to better service you, the customer. We only have access to the information you provide to us via our contact forms, account creation, checkout system, e-mail, or in person. We go to great lengths to protect the information you provide to us by using sophisticated encryption technology. We will never sell or rent your information to an outside third party. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, our checkout system partners, and our payment processing company. This information is only shared in an effort to fulfill your requests.
If you would like to opt out of future e-mails, you can do that from our previous e-mail that was sent at the bottom where it says “Unsubscribe.” If you received an e-mail due to payment processing, that is not part of the promotion portion of contacting you but instead is required to give you confirmation of your order.
